PEAK Contractors is a Tampa based General Contractor founded in 2014 by renovation professionals Dave Bartelt and Jim O’Dell. Our first project was a 216 unit community exterior re-paint with extensive value add elements.

Since 2014, PEAK has provided renovation services for over 1,200 projects. PEAK’s honesty, integrity and quality workmanship has fostered long-term contractor-owner relationships and started new ones.

Our Process

DAVE BARTELT

Dave Bartelt is the president and FL state GC license holder of PEAK Contractors, Inc, a multi-family renovation company located in Tampa, Florida. As president, Dave Bartelt provides multi-family clients trade knowledge and renovation experience that align with their strategic plans. He infuses a hands-on approach to achieve quality, open communication and long-term relationships, which have led PEAK to multiple nominations for Apartment Vendor of the Year. Dave is an avid fisherman and passionate about evolving the multi-family renovation industry.

LEADERSHIP

JIM O'DELL

Jim O’Dell is vice president and head of construction operations at PEAK Contractors, Inc. Jim’s renovation experience started in Orlando, FL during the early 1990s. He had the opportunity to travel and work in several major markets with various multi-family clients throughout the U.S.A. Jim’s 20+ years of field operations, complex projects and company development has led PEAK to continued deliveries of successful client projects. He loves the daily opportunity to work with his sons, Blake and Alec, and passing on his construction knowledge and business practices to PEAK’s team. Jim is a licensed private pilot, which allows him and his wife Lori the flexibility to travel, and quickly fly to PEAK’s projects throughout Florida and North Carolina. He is currently studying for his aviation instrument rating, and trying to catch a Snook worthy of a picture to share.
