David Bartelt

President

Dave Bartelt is the president and FL state GC license holder of PEAK Contractors, Inc, a multi-family renovation company located in Tampa, Florida. As president, Dave Bartelt provides multi-family clients trade knowledge and renovation experience that align with their strategic plans.  He infuses a hands-on approach to achieve quality, open communication and long-term relationships, which have led PEAK to multiple nominations for Apartment Vendor of the Year. Dave is an avid fisherman and passionate about evolving the multi-family renovation industry.

Wilmer Mata

Senior Project Manager

Wilmer Mata joined the PEAK team in February of 2015 with more than 15 years of construction and renovation experience. As a dedicated construction professional, Wilmer manages Central Florida project renovations and quality assurance. Wilmer is fluent in English and Spanish, and has earned multiple academic degrees. He earned his Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Central Florida, holds a Quality Assurance and Project Engineering graduate certificates, and Florida Board of Professional Engineers Engineering Intern. Wilmer enjoys traveling, and resides in Kissimmee, FL with his wife and sons.span>

Hunter Stone

Account Manager

Hunter Stone joined the PEAK team in February of 2015 with more than 5 years experience in the Multi-Family community. Hunter works with Community Managers and Maintenance Supervisors to provide renovation and repair service requests. Early in Hunter’s career, he was nominated for “BAAA Sales Associate Rookie of the Year”. Hunter graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and resides in Tampa, FL with his wife Marisa and their daughter Elliott.

Ciara Sweeting

Ciara Sweeting joined the PEAK team in January of 2018 with 4 years’ experience on site in the Multi – Family industry. Ciara can apply her experience on site to assist with communicating with any on site management team we may be working with. Ciara started in student housing where she advanced her knowledge and experience in marketing. When Ciara moved to the conventional side her passion for sales and accounting were able to blossom as she took on the role as a leasing professional and then promoted to assistant property manager. She handles all accounting, marketing, marketing material, and website design. Ciara is very active in both the Bay Area Apartment Association and is moving her ideas to the Apartment Association Greater Orlando. Ciara resides in Tampa, FL with her fiancé Alec and beloved dog Ranger. In her spare time, Ciara spends most of her time with her family, attending as many country concerts as she can and watching both football and hockey with her fiancé.

Karla Aceves

Office Manager

Karla Aceves brings expertise in accounting, management and customer service that has provided a foundation for her success here at PEAK. She manages multiple platforms and accounting, as well as project documentation. Karla is a Notary Public, and fluent in English and Spanish. She resides in Tampa, FL with her husband and children.

David Stellato

Account Manager

David Stellato joined the Peak team in May 2018. I was born in West Haven Connecticut. He worked part time for his Father’s Construction Business, Stellato Home Improvement. I moved to Florida to attend the University of Tampa. I worked in Hospitality to help pay my way through what academic scholarships did not cover and graduated with Honors in December of 2001 proceeded with my love for food and left the Hospitality Industry as The Executive Chef of Gallagher’s Steak House Channelside Tampa when the Economic Crash of 2007 closed the doors of many restaurants across the nation including Gallagher’s. Shortly there-after I became self-after to ensure I could be an active Father to my New Born Son, Ethan. As a private business owner, I was able to build a network of clients contracting myself as an Estimator,
Project Manager or Sales Representative for their business to other clients in need of their services in
both New and Remodel Construction.
